2009 a. oktoobris jahtis sõltumatu uurija antud 232 leheküljelist USA Õhuvägede chemtrailprojekti dokumenti erinevates raamatukogudes.
Rohkem teemast - More about the story:
"Today, I went to the library to review the Chemtrail document that I discovered and spoke about in the Chemtrail proof! 1990 US Air Force document!
I would have posted my information in that thread, but it was prematurely closed
(unfairly I might add, could have moderated it before shutting it down )
So anyway, here is the title of the book
Title Chemtrails, Chemistry 131 manual, fall 1991: course policies and laboratory manual
Author United States Air Force Academy. Dept. of Chemistry
Publisher Dept. of Chemistry, U.S. Air Force Academy, 1991
Length 232 pages
So, like is said, I went to the library. It's the local university, and I found that they
had the book through the website WorldCat.
Amazingly, library showed they had the book, but it wasn't there!! They were as baffled as I was. We did a physical search for it, and the spot where it should have
been was just an empty hole.
I debated before posting the original thread, that maybe I should wait until I had book/microfiche in hand, and then post about it. But I could use some help. That is the reason for this thread.
So the reference desk helped me to do an interlibrary request, as there data showed that 50 depository libraries had it. I am waiting to hear the results.
I would like to hear from my friends in Santa Fe, NM to see if they had any luck finding it at the New Mexico State Library.
Again, this thread is not to debate whether chemtrails exist or not. It is to document the search for the missing book, and if found, post the info contained within it."

Here is the excerpt from the HR 2977 IH bill
(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as--
(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;
(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;
(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;
(v) laser weapons systems;
(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and
(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.
(C) The term `exotic weapons systems' includes weapons designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space.
Here is a medical report that I find interesting
Analyses of ecosystems supporting the most renowned MS clusters in Saskatchewan, Sardinia, Massachusetts, Colorado, Guam, NE Scotland demonstrated consistently elevated levels of Ba in soils (mean: 1428 ppm) and vegetation (mean: 74 ppm) in relation to mean levels of 345 and 19 ppm recorded in MS-free regions adjoining. The high levels of Ba stemmed from local quarrying for Ba ores and/or use of Ba in paper/foundry/welding/textile/oil and gas well related industries, as well as from the use of Ba as an atmospheric aerosol spray for enhancing/refracting the signalling of radio/radar waves along military jet flight paths, missile test ranges, etc.

King Industries committed to sponsoring four chemicals as part of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) High Production Volume (HPV) Challenge Program. These chemicals include diisononylnaphthalene (CAS No. 63512-64-1); dinonylnaphthalene sulfonic acid (CAS No. 25322-17-2); dinonylnaphthalene sulfonic acid, calcium salt (CAS No. 57855-77-3); and dinonylnaphthalene sulfonic acid, barium salt (CAS No. 25619-56-1). As part of King Industries’ commitment, Exponent has assembled available data and prepared a test plan to develop additional screening level data on human health effects, environmental fate and effects, and physicochemical properties for the dinonylnaphthalene category.
