The use of scalar wave technology to produce H3O and HRx solutions brings with it a set of observable phenomenon that cannot be validated using orthodox models of chemistry and physics. To better explain some of their properties, we sought out the input of world-renowned physicist, Dr. Tom Bearden, in the U.S. - well-known for his theoretical contributions in the field of scalar wave. What resulted was an expansive interview (taped 10/17/01) -- over an hour of which is observable below in four separate files. Most of this material will seem quite arcane to those without formal training in physics, but for even the untrained who grasp just 10% of the content, the obvious will become clear: now that applied applications of scalar wave technology, as profound as H3O and HRx now exist, its theoretical underpinnings will not be able to be ignored by orthodox science forever.

Parts I to III (of VIII)- Prior to taping, an Alpha Omega representative discussed how H3O can be used in place of sulphuric acid in batteries, how it holds charge and has even been shown to be self-recharging. Also mentioned before taping, was H3O's tendency to pick up charge in its environment (i.e. during a thunderstorm). Without even going further to explore its amazing medicinal properties, Dr. Bearden explains these phenomenon by examining laws of physics which are still considered "outside the box." Also covered is the encroachment of dogmatism into theoretical science, the myth of the scientific method, and the excoriation of honest scientists who have attempted to examine cold fusion.

The fact that the planet is being bombarded with chemicals from high-altitude spraying as part of numerous geoengineering programs being conducted by U.S. government agencies and universities that have been approved with no oversight whatsoever can no longer be denied.

The re-classification of global warming, a highly contentious and often scientifically fraudulent pseudo-science, as a "national security threat" has been exploited by governments as an excuse to play God, green lighting secret experiments on a massive scale that carry innumerable dangers to humans and their environment.

However, now that increasing awareness of geoengineering as a result of the chemtrails phenomenon has propagated widely, authorities are slowly being forced to disclose certain aspects of the program. We are now not far away from full disclosure of the true extent of geoengineering experimentation.

Scientists now admit that vapor trails from aeroplanes are creating "artificial clouds" that block out the sun. This is no longer a matter of debate. The chemtrail "conspiracy theorists" were proven correct.

Reading University's Professor Keith Shine told the Daily Mail last year that the clouds "formed by aircraft fumes could linger 'for hours', depriving those areas under busy flight paths, such as London and the Home Counties, of summer sunshine."

"Experts have warned that, as a result, the amount of sunlight hitting the ground could be reduced by as much as ten per cent. Professor Shine added: "Over the busiest areas in London and the South of England, this high-level cloud could cover the sky, turning bright sunshine into hazy conditions for the entire area. I expect the effects will get worse as the volume of air traffic increases."

The report also makes reference to a 2009 Met Office study which found that high-level winds did not disperse contrails that later formed into clouds which covered an astonishing 20,000 miles.

Of course, only the completely naive would suggest that there is no connection between chemtrails that block out the sun, a phenomenon that has been ongoing for over a decade, and open calls on behalf of scientists to 'reduce global warming' by injecting the atmosphere with aerosols.

Mainstream science and academia has gone from dismissing chemtrails as a fantasy of paranoid conspiracy theorists to now accepting that they exist but claiming that they are natural and not artificially induced, despite numerous patents and scientific proposals that focus around using man-made dispersal of aerosols to alter the atmosphere.

The proposal to disperse sulphur dioxide in an attempt to reflect sunlight was discussed in a September 2008 London Guardian article entitled, Geoengineering: The radical ideas to combat global warming, in which Ken Caldeira, a leading climate scientist based at the Carnegie Institution in Stanford, California, promoted the idea of injecting the atmosphere with aerosols.

"One approach is to insert "scatterers" into the stratosphere," states the article. "Caldeira cites an idea to deploy jumbo jets into the upper atmosphere and deposit clouds of tiny particles there, such as sulphur dioxide. Dispersing around 1m tonnes of sulphur dioxide per year across 10m square kilometres of the atmosphere would be enough to reflect away sufficient amounts of sunlight."

After 16 years of denial, the White House Science Czar John P Holdren now admits that they have been "testing" the manipulation of Earth's atmosphere with Barium salts, Aluminum Dioxide and other toxic compounds.

Bottom line: there is a world-wide secret program to manipulate the atmosphere. They admit it's happening, but they won't tell us why.

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program HAARP facility is located in Gakona, Alaska at 62.39º N, 145.15º W

The facility houses many diagnostic instruments for studying the ionosphere, but the highlight is the HF transmitter array.

This array consists of 15×12 crossed dipole antennas, which together can transmit a total of 3600kW of RF power at frequencies from 2.8 – 10 MHz (HF, high frequency range).

Radio Waves strong enough to cause earthquakes are controlled by the U.S. military.

It’s the largest ionospheric heater in the world.

Capable of heating a 1000 square kilometer area of the ionosphere to over 50,000 degrees. It’s also a phased array. Which means it’s steer-able and those waves can be directed to a selected target area.

What they have found is that by sending radio frequency energy up and focusing it, as they do with these kinds of instruments, it causes a heating effect. And that heating literally lifts the ionosphere within a 30 mile diameter area therein changing localized pressure systems or perhaps the route of jet streams.

Moving a jet stream is a phenomenal event in terms of man being able to do this.

EISCAT is an acronym for the European Incoherent Scatter Scientific Association.

It operates three incoherent scatter radar systems, at 224 MHz, 931 MHz in Northern Scandinavia and one at 500 MHz on Svalbard, used to study the interaction between the Sun and the Earth as revealed by disturbances in the ionosphere and magnetosphere.

At the Ramfjordmoen facility (near Tromsø, Norway) it also operates an ionospheric heater facility, similar to HAARP.

Additional receiver stations are located in Sodankylä, Finland, and Kiruna, Sweden.

The EISCAT Headquarters are also located in Kiruna.

EISCAT is funded and operated by research institutes and research councils of Norway, Sweden, Finland, Japan, China, the United Kingdom and Germany.

The EISCAT UHF (Ultra High Frequency) radar operates at 931 MHz and is driven by two klystrons with a peak transmission power of 2 MW.

The antenna is a 32-metre diameter dish, which weighs about 100 tonnes. It is fully steerable, and can scan at speeds of 80 degrees per minute in both the azimuth and elevation axes.

It can accelerate to full speed within 2 seconds.

The EISCAT Very high frequency (VHF) transmitter is a monostatic system at Tromso in Norway, which has a central frequency of 224 MHz.

The Tromsø VHF antenna is huge: 120×40 metres in size.

It comprises 4 panels, each 30×40 metres, which can be steered in elevation independently of each other.

These artificial clouds are accepted by the population as being natural because aerosols (chemtrails) have been gradually introduced. Aerosols have been sprayed in the atmosphere for over 10 years.

In fact, many segments of the population were sprayed with experimental bacteria as many as 50 years ago! We've been naive. We couldn't imagine that our atmosphere was actually being saturated with toxic chemicals, so we accepted the appearance of aerosol clouds and chemtrails without question.

Now people regard them as being familiar and therefore "normal".

This electromagnetic energy is engineered and these aerosol clouds contain substances which are conducive to the functioning of very advanced electromagnetic technology.

Barium is a leading candidate among chemicals, and HAARP is the likely electromagnetic technology.

Something rather bizarre is happening over our backyards, and most people aren't even remotely aware of it.

Chemtrails influence life at the planetary level: the ionosphere and magnetosphere, weather and climate, and effects upon human and animal physiology are affected by this technology.

The relentless spraying of these aerosols has changed our atmosphere. It has become increasingly conductive of electromagnetic radiation.

Chemical clouds and trails become increasingly obvious once you know what to look for.

I'm amazed at how oblivious we are to them-- although of course I was oblivious once myself.

I naturally assumed that the clouds were normal until I made a study of it.

Most people don’t observe clouds, and simply take them for granted. We should be able to take them for granted!

It is a time-frequency spectrogram, which shows the frequency content of signals recorded by the HAARP Induction Magnetometer. This instrument, provided by the University of Tokyo, measures temporal variations in the geomagnetic field (Earth’s magnetosphere) in the ULF (ultra-low frequency) range of 0-5 Hz.

Notions have been added to the image to show you what was happening the day the Japan earthquake and tsunami struck.

By looking at the accompanying HAARP spectrum chart above you can see when the 9.0 magnitude earthquake struck – red line drawn vertically – and what was happening before and after the earthquake. What you can also see is a constant ULF frequency of 2.5 Hz being recorded by the magnetometer.

The ULF 2.5 Hz frequency is evidence of an induced earthquake.

The chart recorded this constant before, during and after the 9.0 magnitude earthquake struck.

On March 11, 2011 the 2.5 Hz ULF frequency was being emitted and recorded from 0:00 hours to about 10:00 hours – or for 10 hours.

We know for a fact that the Japan earthquake lasted only a few minutes so why was the earthquake signature frequency (2.5 Hz) being recorded for 10 hours on the morning of March 11, 2011? Because a HAARP phased array antenna system was broadcasting (transmitting) the 2.5Hz ULF frequency and it triggered the Japan earthquake and ensuing tsunami.

If you go to HAARP’s official website you can see for yourself that the 2.5 Hz ULF frequency wasn’t only being broadcated for 10 hours, it was constantly being broadcasted for 2 days prior to the earthquake. Broadcasting began on March 8, 2011, just before midnight as you can see on HAARP’s website page.

Click on the Next Day link to see that the earthquake inducing 2.5 Hz ULF frequency was being broadcasted for the entire days of March 9, 2011 and March 10, 2011. Even though the signature frequency of an earthquake was shown throughout March 9 and March 10 there were no constant earthquakes occurring off the east coast of Japan.

What is the significance of a 2.5 Hz ULF broadcast?

The natural resonance of an earthquake is 2.5 Hz.

Scientists working for the United States military discovered this using the phased array antennas at the HAARP facility in Alaska.

HAARP’s own charts suggests that earthquakes occurred constantly for 3 days. We know for a fact that they haven’t.

The HAARP magnetometer data provides proof that the Japan earthquake was not a naturally occurring quake – it was triggered. This data shows us that a HAARP military installation was broadcasting the known earthquake signature frequency in order to trigger a major earthquake.

The broadcast was most likely being transmitted from a floating HAARP system like the floating Sea-Based X-Band Radar platform that can be moved anywhere in the Pacific or Atlantic ocean under the protection of a carrier strike group—like the USS Ronald Reagan.
